As an experienced real estate agent with Vanguard Properties, my primary focus is to support my clients in making informed decisions regarding the purchase or sale of real estate – which is typically one of the largest and most complicated financial investments of their lives. I try to deliver a personalized ‘concierge-style’ experience; providing reliable counsel, information and resources; and managing and facilitating everything that has to be done for my clients to achieve their personal and financial goals – and making the entire process as straightforward, smooth and stress free as possible.
In California, real estate agents have a fiduciary duty to put their clients’ interests above all others, to act honestly and in good faith, and to make full disclosure of all material facts so that all parties are appropriately informed. Realtors have an even more detailed Code of Ethics. These are the core fundamentals of how I do business throughout the process, from learning the main priorities and concerns of my clients; through negotiating the best possible price and terms; helping with property valuation, financing or marketing; actively managing the due diligence phase of the transaction and the required statutory compliance; to the final close of escrow.
Over the years, I’ve negotiated over 100 deals on behalf of my clients, in transactions valued from $500,000 to $5,000,000. No matter what the size of the deal, I firmly believe that every client deserves the highest degree of attention and service. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my clients happy with the end results of their endeavors in buying or selling a home.
I live and work in the city I love. When I’m not working, I am spending time with my husband and son and we love to hit the slopes during the winter and ride easy waves on a long board during the summer. We also enjoy checking out new restaurants in the area and enjoying the magical lifestyle that the city has to offer.
